What we do: Once your company’s staffing needs are identified we work diligently to ultimately bring you your desired result. Our recruiters will present you resumes for cream of the crop contenders based on your blueprint for the ideal candidate. We not only recruit, but we also interview/evaluate, skill-test, perform reference checks (and other background checks per request), which includes qualifying the resume.

Why you need us: When you have a staffing need(s), your world should not have to come to a complete stop in order to effectively fill your position(s). To start, the resumes that pour in from your online listing have to be sorted through and this alone can take days. Soon, they all begin to look alike so you pick your top 8 and shove the rest in a file in case you need to go back to the drawing board (which you probably will). Next, you will schedule and conduct either telephone or in-person interviews. Everyone looks great on paper but fall short of qualified for one reason or another. Now what? Back to pouring through resumes but in the meantime your other work obligations are suffering. Not to mention, the department head wants a replacement A-S-A-P.
